DOES ADDITIONAL COLLECTOR (BANDRA), HAS A POWER TO TRANSFER A NAME FROM TEMPORARY N.A ORDER GIVEN BY HIM.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE ?
PROPERTY SITUATED IN MUMBAI.

Additional Collector have powers. however discuss with local lawyer as advised by Mr.R.K.Goyal sir.

Yes! Additional collector has powers to transfer a name from temporary NA order given by him..Discuss with your lawyer.
