When respondents do not respond

I had filed SCA in High Court. Notices were served to 3 respondents. Respondents choose not to appear and reply to notices. Then Judge gives oral order Rule. Expedited. What is meant by this ?????

Oral order expedited means an order issued in favor of the Petitioner with out issuing a notice or information to the other side who had not responded /attended the court hearing..you need not worry and the order is in your favor only

It appears that the Court has decided to hear the matter ex-parte and that too, on a priority basis. The order s daily orders could be perused online.

still final hearing will be there after this...what was the role of respondents and petitioners now...

can i have knowledge how much time it will take now by the court to decide the matter. Any fast track of urgent hearing can be done or made request to the court.

Your Advocate could request the Concerned Court's Judge before the routine hearing could start or when it ends that your case to be posted for Urgent Hearing and it would be done
