Regarding consumer protection

respected sir,
i bought a new car on march 2017 , it has run for 2100 kilometer.... while travelling in high way my car tyre punctured and torn..with damage to alloy wheel... is the manufacturer of tyre can be held responsible as the car has not run even 3000 km... thank you...

The tyre puncture might be due to factors out of control of dealer/manufacturer.........

well you must be carrying the entire details regarding warranty details of your car...go through those details...

generally the companies won't provide any warranty on tyres...

Law is nothing but a common sense and accordingly even without going through the terms and conditions of your warranty card, I am of the view that NO is the sole answer to your query.

Well advised by the experts, however, as even the alloy wheel damaged, it is presumed that you drive far distance after puncture

Refer warranty terms and condition of the car. Broadly such items are not covered.

Tyre puncture, tyre burst, tyre tear off could be different things.
In case of tyre puncture for reasons out of control of dealer/manufacturer they may decline.
Have you shown the damaged tyre to service station/dealer/manufacturer/ tyre company, if yes what is their response.

Such a complaint as Tyre puncture etc. are out of warranty.
Damage to the alloy wheel was due to your personal negligence as you did not notice puncture and kept on driving. No one else yourself is to be blamed/responsible for the damage of alloy wheel.
No case can be made out in the given facts and circumstances.
