M - 20 indemnity bond

Dear Sir / Madam,

Good Afternoon,

The undersigned resides at CHS located at Pune, MH. It has come to our notice that none of the Managing Committee Members have filed M - 20 Indemnity Bond within 45 days from being elected as MC Members. What action can be taken in this respect ?

1. M-20 Bond requirement is "scrapped" by the Maharashtra Govt, in September-2013.

2. Mg.Committee members are no longer required to execute any M-20 Bond, for any purposes.

What is this M-20 Indemnity Bond?
No such indemnity bond was/is applicable in Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 1972 (superseded/replaced) in 2003.
