My boyfriend cheated me

I was in the relationship with my boyfriend for past 4 years, we both engaged with us so much, but in some circumstances he entered into media field,slowly he avoided me and told the reason that am too possessive on him am torchering him,we both are 20 years old only, he is my uncle's son.family members also separated us. If I lodge a complaint means I know it will not valid because 21 is the right age to marry for boys.all my friends family everyone knows abt our relationship so it's impossible to forget him am mad on him,there are six months for him to complete 21 years.if I lodge a complaint against him after six months is it valid? Will they marry him with me? I can't live without him already tried of suicide but my friend told me that there can be justice by lodging Complaint however and whatever I want to live with my boyfriend without him I can't live,pls tell me if I lodge complaint they will marry him without his approval

As per your query the family members of both know your relation. so amicably convince your parents and his parents. if necessary consult a local lawyer who is well versed in this type of cases.

Marriage, if held, is prohibited and invalid.

Complaint to police shall bear no fruitful results as you desire except that both of you shall be running to escape legal clutches.

The most, police may lodge a FIR u/s 376 IPC and your live-in partner wherein may be behind bars for about a year before he is bailed out, end result would be totally against you since you had consensual sex, which is not covered u/s 376 IPC, and thereafter what would be your face before him and defence to escape from criminal complaint against you for malicious prosecution besides the suit for compensation of damages to his reputation.

Moreover, once the boy is lodged to jail against your complaint/FIR (under trial) for some time, would he ever agree to marry you? NEVER.

When you know everything, why do you crave for illegal relations?

By the way, if you lodge a complaint with the police, do you feel, he would readily accept you even in his dream?

Better go for the advice of your elders.
