I am going to purchase new flat in pimpri chinchwad.
Please guide me what documents needs to have title clear property.

So I can get easy home loan for this.

In the every Municipal Corporation there is a department called "Nagar Rachana Vibhag" you can also get the details of the project there whether it is approved or not.

It is advisable take the help of the Local Good Lawyer.

The lender/Bank shall also handover the list.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be better to obtain proper legal opinion from a very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property matters at your location, before you pay any amount/advance to seller or even bank, and sign on any document.

Later if there are defects in ownership, title of the property you may not get your money back.

Take help of good property adv , people pay 2 per cent to 10 pass agent and don't spent adv and get all thing check.

There are so many property law land law town planning law . It has become jungle where even senior criminal advocate was cheated .
