the clear thing is that, i was selected as clerk in consumer forum nawanshahr and joined duty on 20 july 2015. after that the district consumer forum mohali issued an advertisement for the post of clerk which was vacant due to promotion of clerk. Me and My wife both take the test and test was so good. after one month i inquired thorugh telephone from the mohali about result the they said the post has been cancelled due to the person who was promoted is reverted and transfer back to mohali. i filed RTI for seeking the record. when i filed RTi I received a phone from head office about RTI and they warned me about RTI and pressured me about not get the record. after receiving the record i saw my wife was on the top in the merit list althoug question of marks 10 was not evaluated. after this one post agian being vacant at patiala and they transferred a person from fatehgarh to patiala and same day issued an advertisement regarding post of clerk at fatehgarh sahib. in the mean time one post become vacant at mohali in the month of february 2016. we bot take test at fatehgarh and the test was so good. after one month when the result was not declared i called at fatehgarh and they said the person is appointed. I was shocked and i filed RTI for getting record and i saw the person was appointed illegally and they called only 2 persons for interview while they said in advertisement 10 time person will be call for interviews. they also not organised the Punjabi type test as mentioned in advertisement when the 30 days was going to complete the head office again called me by phone and said that the president appointed his own person. due to this they transferred me at mansa from nawanshahr. my wife is working in district court at nawanshahr and i have a little child about 2 year old. my father has been expired and my mother is ill. I am withdrawing only basic pay i.e 9200 per month. it is difficult to survive for me. now what should i do. i have no way to save me. please help me and advice me what should i do.

when i saw that the person who was promoted from mohali he was promoted subject to the decision of the writ petition no 813 of 2002 Ram Prasad VS State of Punjab. the writ petition is still pending and the demote said person wihout court order. the person who was appointed at fatehgarh she was daughter of superintendent who is working in head office. after selection the transferred the selected person to mohali isted of select the person from the merit list prepared at mohali.
