Hindu Head of family(in UP) dies leaving wife, son and daughter, without any will.
1. How will agriculture property dwelve?
2. Which act is applicable for succession of hindus for agriculture property in UP?

Hindu succession Act is applicable in the given case vide which every legal heir you mentioned is entitled to inherit equal share in the agricultural land.

Perhaps you missed to read the agricultural land is in (UP).

Where not the HINDU SUCCESSION ACT but UTTAR PRADESH ZAMINDARI ABOLITION ACT it self lays down provisions about succession of agricultural land according to which only widow and son but not the daughter would be heirs .

Here in UP Hindu succession Act applies only
to ABADI nature of property but the query is about agricultural property.

HENCE: Here UPZA shall govern the succession and it has universal application irrespective of religion of land holder be he a bhumidhar or sirdar or assami from any relgion.
