Who are state public information officers in subordinary judiciary in West Bengalriven

Generally Superintendent in almost all subordinate courts have been vested powers as state public information officers and west bengal seems no exception.riven

i agree with Mr. Makkad.

if u dont find any particular authority then address the letter to Public Information Officer in the office of District Judge in case of High Court send it to the Registrar's office.

take this step in case u dont find the actual appointed authority.riven

iagree with the above views. U need not know the name of PIO just send the letter adressing to PIO if name is not known.riven
