Caveat

(Querist) 15 September 2009 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

My clients are trusty of a Tample.

The legal stamp of the tample is misplaced.

In city survey & Municipality name of the owner is different.

Let me clear that such property as known by olders that this tample is marethan 110 years old and it was constructed on the homes donated by nearer people.

there is no any leal documantory evidences are available to any person.

Now it is very urgent requirement to renovate the same.

What are the legal sapes to be taken to avoid any unfair interuptions?

Because there are some GURUS who told that thay have gift papers! but till today thay refused to show.riven

Form a new managing committee of the temple consisting of local ppl and get it registered mentioning therein the period of the temple, donation by local residents etc. etc. and start its renovation as per schedule. If any interruption from any quarter arises, sek stay from civil court on behalf of registered committee.riven

there must be some entries in the revenue/ municipal records in this context.

u said its 110 yrs old temple....and built upon public donated land then why r u worried, let the gurus go to court....let them prove authentic gift deed.

the general public will depose in favour of temple not in favour of gurus/ pujaris.

a temple can not be a personal property of such kind of gurus/ pujaris....urs is a larger issue better visit some local lawyer because he will ask u various facts to form a concrete opinion for the next legal step.riven
