sir mr george broght land from shivanna in 2003 that time his daughter is major ,in 2006 i purchased from george i am no way related to shivanaa, and it is ancestral prperty of shivannaa

Dear Ravindra
The property is ancestral property of father n acc to 2005 amendment this property has now become his self acquired property and he can deal with it any way he likes
as far as is his daughter is concerned she has no right in the property till his father gives her the share through his will.
so she cant claim the property or money in lieu of that because property never belonged to her

daugther is having right over the property!

but giving her share depends on your defence
