Please provide me some caselaws on false F.I.R. u/s.498A, investigation necessary before arresting or filing F.I.R. u/s 498A.

after filing an FIR investgation starts. so before filing of FIR no investigation is possible.
u have to prove that the FIR was folse from the evidence arisen out from the case record itself.
