Whether a husband can demand the salary of his wife ? Whether he has any legal right in this regard?

Husband has no legal right to demand his wife's salary. It can be done only through mutual understanding and persuasion .

Husband shall have no legal right, to demand his wife's salary. It can be done, only through mutual understanding and persuasion, as per the custom of the family.

but when the husband not having any means of livelyhood, he is entitled to get the share in wife's salary as well as property, to that extent.

i don't agree. its not a right to salary but right 2 maintenance.section 30 of jk hindu marriage act provides that either of the spouse(husband or wife) can file petition for grant of mantenance.so kindly go through that provision thoroughly
