State information commission fees

Dear All,

If the PIO and FAA do not reply of applications.According to RTI Act 2005, appellant must appeal in SIC.

Same happened with me, if anybody knows, kindly let me know the fees and format to appeal in SIC.

MR.Rajeev,are you making fun out of the query? If you do not know the answer,you need not answer.

There are no fees for the second appeal at SIC.

eventhough there are no specific format,different state commissions follow some format,which you can get by visiting their website.

Format for filing second appeal is prescribed under RTI Rules itself. The format provided by Shah is accurate.
