can members from the same family having blood relation be the members of a trustee board?

Yes, They can be. There is no such bar.

Family members having blood relation may be member of trustee board,there is no such bar/restriction.

Indian trust act nowhere restricts to same family having blood relation be the members of a trustee board.

So, they can.

But please check trust deed before.
