Your question is not clear. Loan agreement is okay but what is license agreement. Money lending license or what?

Hi ,I am looking for a model which is used mostly by pharma company where they take on loan the premises of a third party manufacturer and license them to manufacture various drugs under their brand. It is different from third party manufacturing agreement , here the Raw material is supplied to the TP and it charges only the conversion charges form the brand owner.
