four acre agricultural land sold out my father in 2001 so he dind took sign my mother & also sister & brother so can i challenge this case in court since this land came from my grand father.

If i have submitted all the proofs including LIC, Mutual fund for the imcome tax, how they have cross check in income tax department?, they have cross check using my policy number

I am HDFC BANK credit card customer holding this card somewhere around last two year. my outstanding balance was around 36000, i already request to give settlement but in bangalore branch recovery agent regulary calling its not possible to give settlement,
today i got call at evening 6:40pm from one agent & his name is SURESHGOUDA and didn't hear my words he start using abuse word, bad langueges to my mother & his mobile# 9379159107
same person was called as on 18th august 2010 & i already complained samething but the HDFC people was called and promissed we are not going to use such abusing words but repeating
bank will not ready to give settlement
my question was
1. Can i put criminal case to HDFC bank since the using abusing words & bad languages in the consumer court
2. i can demand some amount of money for making harrarsment

1. i have a two credit card & loan defaulter in CIBIL last continious two years, & now settle the credit card amount & personal loan amount, credit card & loan account reflecting zero balance, now i going to apply personal loan in some other bank can i going to get it easily, since i asked to the bank person he replyed if we are going to the settlement (Loan & Credit Card) up to 7 years will not going to get any loan & credit card from banks, please help me sir what should i do for the improving my credit history in CIBIL
2. I want loan from urgency since my siter marriege on February, plaese help me as early as possible

My father was selled agricultural land Ancestral Property in 2002 without concerning My mother & minor & major sons and daughter. so now i can challege in court
Ancestral Property Rights
Can father sell a property without concering anybody
a) minor & major sons and daughter?
b) without concern his wife?
c) now can get back Ancestral Property back if we challenge in court? since this was sold in 2002
please helm me regard this one
