hi all,
please let me know if a chq given to someone has bounced due to insufficent funds .Can the person report to police? what will be the action police can take?
can they file a case or it is only the court whereby the case of chq bounce has to be filed?

pls let me know if the police have filed a case of 420 against someone and the person is on bail, and he is called in form of written summon to acp office for signing surety/ bond that he wont do this again,in the chapter case, what does that mean?
The person has got a summon from the police station . The case is already in the court. does he have to go on that date ? is it necessary to sign the bond an d give a cash surety? the lawyer is saying that it is not necessary to sign the bond and he will fight the case. I just want to be sure what is this issue about?

Hi,
I owe to a client and have to refund him some amount. he is not in country and had only once emailed me to make payment to his brother. They are 3 clients and only one of them sent me the email to pay to MR XYZ. The other two have not told me by written email. But the person collecting funds is insisting on me paying him for other 2 of them also. he is threatining me. i have told him i need in written from them but he is threatening me.what should i do???please let me know what is legally right?

PLS LET ME KNOW ROLE OF POLICE IN CASE OF CHEQUE BOUNCED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.
THE PERSON I HAD GIVEN CHQ IS THREATENING TO TAKE THE CHQ TO POLICE .
PLS ADVISE IF POLICE IS INVOLVED IN ABOVE CASE OR HE HAS THE ONLY OPTION OF SENDING ME LAWYERS NOTICE.
ITS VERY URGENT AS HE IS HARASSING ME EVERYDAY AND THREATENING ME AND MY FAMILY OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES. WE HAVE BEGGED FOR TIME OF PAYMENT BUT HE IS NOT AGREEING AND THREATINING OF POLICE ACTION .

Hi,
I owe someone and had given him pdcs. i replace pdc with cash payment. I have delayed payment and had gone to his office to make part payment. he was about to slap me and assault me for part payment and started abusing me and threatening me.
he has threatened direconsequences to me and my family
pls advise what should i do? i am terrified and very scared now

MY WIFE IS UPSET WITH MY PARENTS AS THEY DID NOT COME FOR THE NAMING CEREMONY OF MY SON WHO IS 2YRS NOW. MY MOM AND MY WIFE ALWAYS HAD PROBLEM AND I HAD SEPARATED DUE TO THIS REASON AND NEVER GAVE MY WIFE PROBLEM OR FORCED TO STAY WITH MY PARENTS.
NOW SHE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO TAKE MY CHILDREN DAUGHTER 5 AND SON 3 TO MY PARENTS. WE LIVE IN PUNE. MY PARENTS LIVE SEPARATE AND I AND MY FAMILY LIVE SEPARTE
SHE IS VERY ADAMANT AND THREATENS ME TO LEAVE AND GO IF I TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MY PARENTS.
