During subsistance of marriage I have married again and committed Bigamy.
I get bail for Bigamy complain from my first spouse.
My second spouse leave me & remarried again, I have sufficient evidence. My second spouse cheated me by misleading me transfer all of my property ( movable & immovable) to her name & make my life miserable.
As per my second spouses written statement submitted in court, she is my legally married wife. She remarried again before divorce/ nullified / void of marriage.
Is it necessary for my second spouse to take divorce / nullity / void marriage decree form court before second marriage ?
Where should I lodge Bigamy complaint against my second spouse ? In court or in PS ?
Can I send my second spouse to jail for committed Bigamy ?

Sir I have joined bank on 2017 since than. I was working away 250 km from my home town for last 3.5 years soon as per the policy of bank I applied for home transfer via HRMS due to senior citizens parents and my father had angioplasty my wife too had knee operation earlier this year I am the only kid of my parents for which I applies for home transfer to look after them at this age bank Gave me transfer but nearby district of my home town I worked there for 8 months and again I was transferred to 1700 KM from my hometown. I joined the branch for three days but I am not able to commensurate both family and my work due to distance which will affect my profession and personal life for this I have not taken any promotion so far.
Sir please guide me for the same and what action can nationalise bank take against me if I don’t rejoin the bank on my parents old age and deteriorating health ground? Can they terminate me.? Since I m ready to resign but termination is way too harsh.

Hi Experts,
Please help me since 8 years I am trying to get divorce but date pe date lge ja rhi h, court is not responding well.
I filed a divorce case u/s 13(a) on false 498A and False DV ( judgement done and in my favour)
Case chale ja raha chale ja rha, my wife's advocate come in court and take the date and making the case lengthy. Each time minimum date time always 3 months.
Can I suit Case u/s 500 defamation on my name and my family members seperately. Will it be benifited? judgment date was old May-2019 can now me and my family members file defamation now??

My neighbor install window a.c infront of my window .I file a complaint in police station BT they said this is not police matter .because he install in his premises.they can't do any thing what should I do

My ex-wife hiding my 6 year old son to unknown address & deprived his education. Her husband demanding money to see my son. A complaint is lodged at local PS. But PS did not take any action stating that child is staying with his mother.
I have contacted with state government's child welfare department. They advised to lodge FIR.
Thereafter under section 156, complaint is lodged before court to treat this complain as FIR u/s 344 IPC, 385 IPC, 506 IPC. The application is allowed.
What action will be taken by the police ?
Will police search my son & handover to me ?

False 498 complain
My son was married on year 2008. After a few months he saperated from me & moved to another place due to pressure of my daughter in law. My daughter in law naver came back to my house again.
On 2012 my daughter in law was saperated from my son.
On 2016 my daughter in law lodge 498 complain against my whole family while my wife was fighting with death. My wife was expired on 2016.
I have no relationship with my daughter in law from 2008 to 2016.
Police file Chargesheet against me & my wife.
Can I file any case against my daughter in law to teach her so that there type of torture will not be repeated against helpless any senior citizens ?
