Sir...We Two brothers two individual plot divisions from a Seller each 300 sq yrds from a total of 1350 sq yrds site. For the path we left nearly 150 sq yrs 17×88 sq yrds. We didnt pay any registration charges fr d path . Later the seller offered the remaing bit also fr us and we both again bought 300 each..Now the bit 1350 is completely ours, but on paper we hav only 1200 sq yrds. Now any how we both are the only owners, we want to reshuffle the sites according as vastu and there is no need to leave the path also as there is no 3rd owner and we can divide simply to east facing and west facing..Or we both want to giv it fr development..Please guide us how best can we do it to regularise the path site to us and reshuffling of the sites in Register office ...Can we yse the 150 sq yrds too fr building construction?? If so how can we get building plan approval on the path site...Please gyide us Sir?? Do we need the seller to come and sign any papers?? Pl clarify

I am mental not well and unable to do the job.
Out of job from 5 years.

I have no income source.
Already fighting case with my brother's for my share of property and my share is the only survival source I have right now as no one is financially supporting me and I have no money for my medication.

Is their any way that we can speed up my property case I am already fighting. As I have no income source.
Can we speed up legal process on medical grounds?

We are 3 brothers and our property is not too big but if we divid in 3 has no value and no will be interested in buying small piece of land.

I want my share in money form(like either my brothers give money for my share or we all sell and divide the money).
How can we go with that so I get my share in money form and not just one third of the land which alone has no value.

The parties are directed to maintain status quo on the sp

There was a case of consolidation of our land which is in our possession, in which the opposition party won, we went to the High Court against the order. The High Court ordered - Till the next date of listing, the parties are directed to maintain
status quo on the spot now my question is Can I plant trees, cut trees, sow crops, reap crops on my land?

Unprobate registered will

A person (A) got around 100 Bight property from his father by a partition deed in 1953.
The person died in 1972 (A) leaving behind 1 son(B) and 5 daughter (C).
The son(B) sell, gift all the 100 bight between 1980 to 2006 hiding the fact he have 5 daughter.
Some property have been re- transferred.
I am son of one of the daughter , I want to claim my grand father(A) property.
I have filed case in District court, Now the son(B) has procured a will which was registered in 1962
and showing some signature that all 5 daughter has stated "no demand".The daughter signature was
made at home not in registry office. The will was not probated. The property is in west Bengal.Nither the will
verified by any government authority.

My question is
1)In west Bengal , unprotected registers will is considerable in court ?
2)My grandmother signature is mismatching in my and family member eyes , can we take step if the signature
is false ?
3)Can a person transfer a property without probate of will in west Bengal ?
4)Ancestral property can be willed to son only while there is 5 daughter ?
