I am offered a job in kutchh gujarat. They had asked me a police verification certificate attached with documents. I lives in Ankleshwar but the address on my aadhar is of rajkot. Can i ask the police of Ankleshwar to do so, or i have to visit rajkot for this. And what is the procedure and how much time will it take? Because its already late to submit it. Pleaae help.

My application for the post of the sweeper in a municipality was neglected and another person was appointed neglecting my seniority in the employment list. The appointing authority made favoritism by appointing their person. what forum should i approach first and what will be next step?

The OP ( 498a Vamp) has alledged a DV case against me n parents,.. with frivolous allegations and seeking interim maintenance of Rs 50k and also mentioned in WS that, I make a salary of Rs 1 Lakh pm which can be proved false by the solid evidence( form 26as and appointment letters etc ) I have, which rubbishes her claim. Since, she has not submitted an evidence affidavit claiming DV or anything till now...can I file a Perjury case against her Written Statement...The case has been going on for 2 years..the magistrate decides to give dates even when she is absent without a counsel...and her father representing her ( is that an option?) again without an counsel on numerous occasions.? What should be my next immediate step.. to get this interim maintenance case dismissed?

I am working in pvt co. I have 5 days working in a week. But due to work load i have to work late night and weekend.
In my co. there is no pay for extra work. Can I claim against my extra work. Please provide your valuation suggestion.

Hello Friends, Few years back my employer closed the leave encasement. I served in a private co. 4 years. can you please describe me M I eligible to get the leave encasement as per law. If yes so what would it be calculate on gross salary or basic salary. Please share the relevant law reference.TIA

Dear All,
I was working in private co. from last 3 years. Few days back I got a new job, hence I resigned from my current organisation. as per my service either I have to serve 60 days notice period or pay two months basic salary. I gave 10 days notice period and told to my employer rest deduct from my FnF balance.
Now I joined new co. and they are asking me for Relieving letter. My employer denied for relieving letter and FnF.
Please tell what law says about this matter.

My father stood guarantor for a loan taken by a pvt ltd company in which my uncle and his son are directors.Apart from the guarantee the bank has taken personal properties of my uncle and father.Now the account has become NPA and the bank has sent notice of attaching the secured properties under serfasi.My father has now transferred all his properties which have not been secured to the bank on my name by a registered gift deed.My question is will all those transferred properties remain safe or can the bank attach them by filing a suit for fraudulent transfer.Till now there has been no notice sent to him regarding the unsecured properties.

Can i submit husband's second marriage proof in appeal?
Hello Experts,
Please let me know, if husband is in Divorce appeal and in between he performed second marriage illegally.
Then in his Divorce appeal (District court) , can we bring into the notice of the court that he has performed second marriage.
1) Will it be effective if we submit second marriage proof of husband into the Divorce appeal ?
Please advice and suggest if any.
