Whether I need to pay Basic Salary or gross salary

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have worked in an organization for 35 days I have been tortured and I have worked more than 12 hrs day so I don't want that job.
I have signed offer letter which consists only notice period of 30 days.. nothing about payment terms if not served notice period.
I want to left the organization those people are asking gross salary is this correct or some where I have got info that only we have to pay Basic salary..
Please let me know whether I need to pay Basic or gross..

How is gross salary different from basic salary? What are the additional components?

Sir this was the breakup they have provided,
Basic -17150,
HRA-8575,
Children education allowance-200
Special allowance-546,
LTA reimbursement-1429,
Telephone reimbursement-2000
Vehicle reimbursement-2400,
Driver reimbursement-900,
And this was my monthly salary..

So please let me know whether I need to pay Basic Salary or total monthly salary..

Drwing the basic pay is salry.All others are allowances and fringe befits during duty.
