Where could i file for divorce on ground of irb?

(Querist) 16 July 2017 This query is : Resolved
Wife filed for divorce on medical grounds in family court and it got dismissed after trial and her appeal against FC judgement is pending in High Court. Now, eight years has been elapsed since the filing in Family Court. So, in this scenario, Can I file for divorce on ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage(IRB)? If yes, please advise on in which court it can be filed, and pros & cons of moving such a petition.

If both are living separate, explore the possibility of mutual consent divorce, it would be fast.
