Dear Sir,
It is very dangerous situation. However you can take following precautions. Issue an intimation to your Bank stating that particular cheque having your signature was misplaced and if anybody approach them then they should intimate you without honoring the cheque. Secondly you can lodge complaint with police and take NCR.

@kishan sir, will I be 100% safe after intimation to bank and after filing ncr or this situation can become worse?

Stop payment from Bank and inform nearest police station.

1. IF cheque is lost and IF you have some liability to a party and IF that party finds & deposits such cheque and IF you report it as lost, THEN in the "worse situation" you would be liable for prosecution for Cheque bounce case, mischief, breach of trust etc....

2. Consider all above, before lodging Stop Payment instructions to Bank and making "lost cheque" complaint to Police.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

Be cautious !!!
It is a dangerous situation for you, if you have really lost cheque book with one signed leaf, which is an unbelievable statment.
Stop payment of signed cheque and lodge police complaint followed by next step when you receive a demand notice, if presented for realisation by finder.
It is advisable to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, guidance and proceeding.
