Hi , my brother was accused for rape by his girlfriend now he got bail . She accused my entire family for Atrocities case since police removed my family name from the chargesheet. Only my brother is in case . So what we should do now? Pls someone help us

Your brother has already engaged an able, competent and intelligent lawyer who is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case(s) it is better to consult him/her.
However, if you feel strong to have second opinion it is advisable to consult another local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ relevant documents, guidance and proceeding if there is some truth in the story.

I meant should this go to compromise or conviction in so many cases ?

Conviction depends upon the nature of case and how case is fightout. If you want you can compromise the case. For more clarification of your doubt please post the FIR copy so that experts can advice you.
