To make change in name

MY NAME IS "AVNEESH SAVITA" IN MY ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING CA- PCC MARK SHEET.
NOW I WANT TO LEGAL CHANGE MY NAME "AVNEESH KUMAR".IS IT POSSIBLE,if yes than what is procedure for it

you could not correct the name into the certificate but you can use new name, when you will done the follow the work.

before name correction you must publish your name at Govt Gazette Notification and publication thereafter you can use future.

Advocates are meant to assist the client to lead a proper life - i mean to do that.
There is nothing wrong with the present name "Avneesh Savita". Eventhough the word "Savita" look like female's name and you want to correct that to "Kumar".
In the All India Reports, i had seen one case: "Lingappa Pochanna", which was edited to "L.Pochanna", because Lingappa is equal to male's sexual organ. But the individual/ litigant continued with this name and the Editor AIR only corrected that.
There is sur-name Bhagwati, which is female's name in South India, but sur name in Hindi Speaking areas.
Why you want to waste the time and money for his minor issue, also carry both the names for future, where you have to write: "previous name ... present name...".
