Stamp duty payment

Dear All,

If my client pays exact amount of stamp duty on 30.12.2013 and executes the document and thereafter goes for registration of his property on 02.01.2014 do he need to go for adjudication as there is revision in rates of stamp duty payment

The document was executed on 30.12.2013 and the stamp charges were paid accordingly, registration can be done afterwords with in the specified time. No need of adjudication.
