Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 March 2017 This query is : Resolved
I belong to obc quota. My maternal uncle brought me up since my childhood, as i lost my parents at my age 3. His annual income is more than 6 lakh and he is self employed. Whether I am eligible for obc non creamy layer. To avail this do I need to produce my parents death certificate. Thank you for your concern in advance.

If you produce death certificate you are eligible.

Maternal Uncle income can not be considered as Biological parents income /Parents income.

If Maternal uncle have adopted you legally then you are not eligible.

In many threads expert used Mrs/Mr/Ms/Child before addressing me, please use Mr. before my name.

Some experts are expert in commenting on other experts.
I do not like any comment on other experts, if I differ any point I do so with proper respect and honor

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.

Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors. Any contradiction must be addressed with due respect to others.

Obviously it is your mother tongue/language.

Would you translate it in English?

Any vague / unwarranted / irrelevant / posts should be avoided.
Neither it is a good habit nor requirement of the thread..
Experts should try to be sober.

Some experts are very serious to increase no. of posts through vague / unwarranted / irrelevant posts. A good method to increase replies without having legal knowledge

@ Rajendra K Goyal,

Very good advice meant for others, except to be adhered by yourself ! Is it?

Question arises, when you earlier decided for no reply to query from any anonymous author, what for you made, what is the logic of making 8 additional vague posts on the same thread of the anonymous author?

Is not it a number playing game on your part?
Guest (Expert) 30 November 2017
