sir,
1. what is the validity of power of attorney.
if the donor of power of attorney is died , what is the validity of POA , if any transaction happend after death of POA , is that transaction valid or invalid

The gpa becomes invalid after the death of the principal, any transactions prior to his death are valid.

POA ends with the death of person giving it. Any transaction done thereafter will be illegal if the process of transaction has not started before his death.
