Dear All,
suppose husband has filed a case under section 9 i..e right to conjugal rights then, same can be transferred to wife parental jurisdiction. Currently, the wife is residing at her maternal house.

Yes the same could be transferred by either one of you Filing the Transfer Petition in concerned High Court.

Your Petition could be heard at the place where you had filed unless and until a Transfer is Pleaded by any one of you husband or wife in concerned High Court

Is it actual or hyothical problem starting with "suppose" ?
If actual what is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who is well aware about facts of the case, an able, competent and intelligent enough to guide ?
It is better to consult and engage another local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and guidance, if you feel dissatisfied with ability or performance of your lawyer.

Thanks for the reply
Transfer from High court can easily be done or a girl has to give some strong reason for that.

Evidence of Residence would suffice

How you related to this query, need some clarity about ur query, yes off-course you need strong reason for transferring the case
Guest (Expert) 01 December 2019
If the Transfer Petition is filed by female the address proof would suffice only for Men a strong and valid reason would be required

I do endorse the wise advice of expert Vashishth Sir. The author should also respond to the questions to be answered by him before further clarification is provided.
