it will not be in your interest to move such a personal letter.

rather take other necessary steps as advised by your lawyer under the relevant laws.
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 05 July 2012
Do not send any personal letter to the judge. You or your lawyer can submit to the court while the judge is sitting on the dias or you can also file a police complaint regarding the threats you are receiving.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 06 July 2012
You can submit to the judge in the court only.

You can have all your grievances before the judge officially through an application to be moved via your lawyer,if any,in case file;BUT
IT WOULD BE OFFENDING CIVICS to communicate with a JUDGE by a PERSONAL LETTER,more particularly, when you are a party of a case pending before him.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 06 July 2012
Always address the court and not person sitting in the chair even though you might be facing a personal problem.
