Non occupancy cvharges

I have a flat in Mumbai which I have given on Leave and License basis for 3 years with a supplemetary agreements for every 11 month period.

The Society is charging 25% as NOC against 10% as per Governmet Rules

The Society is demading an additional payment of Rs 7500 for every 11 month period as acondion for giving on L&L basis

The normal monthly car parking charges is Rs 500 per car while for the L&L flats the Society is demadimg Rs 1500 per card.

What should I do now excedpt take the Society to Court?

complain to registrarof cooperative societies of your ward . society cannot charge more than 10 %non occupancy charges .

you can issue legal notice to society . contact a local lawyer .

FILE A COMPLAINT BEFORE REGISTRAR SOCIETIES.

before taking any action, confirm that your LL agr is duly registered, otherwise no one will entertain you.

kris , why cant you disclose LL Agr is regd or not??

If so, you may loose more, than gain.
