What is the procedure, when the accused person does not deliberately appear in NI case/trail despite issuance of several bailable warrant against him. Interestingly, though he executes bailable warrant issued against him. Any decided case laws.

You might have read procedure prescribed in criminal procedure code wherein if accused do not appear before the Court after execution of repeated bailable warrants, what is there ?

Sir you are already contesting a case in the court so you might be having a lawyer also. Your lawyer very well knows to do in such situation. Have faith on him and let him/her do his / her job.

Facts, as stated, are confused. How can the accused 'execute' bailable warrants against him?
