Please let me know the process of name change for a minor.
My kid was born in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Please guide me the process.

So far, where you have registered the name of your minor and what kind of problem you are actually experiencing due to his/her name?

Yes my kid have birth certificate, valid passport. we need to change name in the official records. its not a spelling mistake, we changed complete first name. we want to update the name in birth certificate.

Birth certificate do not contain name of new born baby.
A sworn affidavit shall be given for publication in 2 newspapers followed by gazette notification for that seek professional services of a local lawyer.

but in our case, I can see my kid name in birth certificate. is there any suggested lawyers in Hyderabad who can help to fix this issue.
