You can file a case for criminal defamation against the concerned person.
Visit a lawyer and get a case filed in court.

Bhaia venkateshJi!

In india we need to forget misbehaviors otherwise for whole life we would have only one business that chasing cases of several misbehaviour.People here are prone to misbehave. You were misbehaved by conductor. You will visit police to lodge FIR.,he would also misbehave. Here law breaking is symbol of status. You can not park your car in mid of road, cop would challan you but i have seen cop's jeep parked on mid road and negotiating with traffic.
What would you say for this.?Did you saw the footage of late, minister and legislator were shown riding on scooter without helmet.???
