A person kidnaps someone but another person kidnaps that same person from the 1st kidnappers then what kind of punishment is possible to the 2ND kidnapper?

Depends on who the parties are.

I have noticed a similar issue, when a father "kidnapped" a child, and the mother "kidnapped" the child from the 1st "kidnapper". Mother is not guilty.

Except as above, on any other facts, I agree with my learned friends as above.

for the kidnapping and abduction lawful possession is necessary. but in this case no lawful possession to the first party.
