The classification is mentioned as mud road. How treated in Field map? Neverthless, make complaint to the local authorities to prevent the unauthorised encrachment.

1. Merely constructing the road with your expenses does not mean the ownership over the road. 2. If it is the only access towards your property, then you have every right to access through the same road. 3. What is the status of the land which has been used for the road as per the revenue records/ municipal plan? 4. Is there any document available that the said portion of land shall be used for the road?

The police cannot interfere in civil disputes? Is the neighbour is or was a beneficiary of the road constructed?

If the road is common path way for ingress and egress purpose then her claim may not be maintainable.
