Is boundary of house purchased by you is not stated in your sale deed?Boundary prevails over all other descriptions,if not stated then go for a rectification of the sale deed.

First You Confirm With Your Concerned Authorities Your Door Number Once it is Confirmed You Could Request Your Seller To Execute a Rectification Deed Registered.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 24 February 2014
You shall have to execute Correction deed with the help of your seller and the original sale-deed with correction deed shall meet out your requirement which should also be got entered in municipal record.

Which agency (Municipal corporation, development agency or some other) has allotted the House no. Contact them and get the record rectified first, if any discrepancy exist. After that proceed for rectification deed.
