First floor was build 10 years back taking a home loan which was paid for first 4 years completely by me remaining 6 years 50% by me and my father
I got married 7 years back since it was love marriage my parents did not allow me to stay with them so we stayed separately in one row house till date

now my brother is going to get married they are planning to make him and his future wife stay in the first floor house along with them

I denied for that as my wife and childrens needed that house i have paid majority of the home loan and its going to be completed in 2 years

My parents not accepting that they are denying for same can i go legally for this case

Paying the majority of the Loan will not entitle you for any Rights in others property unless and until there is any hold

Presently Only your humble pleadings to your parents on saying please could fetch you some remedy.

Ji, Do you have any proof that you paid a huge amount on the house. So convince your father that you have invested huge amount and give you share. however consult a well knowledged advocate in property matters.

Although you have paid loan amount but you are a licencee of your father and it is his (your father's) title vis-a-vis wish/ decision to allow you to continue to stay in the house.
Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for better appreciation of facts/document, guidance and proceeding.

you can at the most consider filing civil suit for recovery of the money from your father and mother. You can understand the social criticism by such action (whether you succeed or not)

You have no claim whatsoever on the said house.
