Have kharedi khat but agent/developer not giving 7/12

Hi Experts,

I have purchased a land near pune and did the kharedi and paid full amount to the Agent/Developer. Now the are not replying and also not giving the 7/12 utara. Please let me know who to obtain the 7/12 using Kharedi Khat.

3. I doubt they have cheated you in transaction
4. Every thing required checking and personal professional consultancy
5. It can be also criminal matter , Not Civil/Land Revenue which you are stating as .

Builder has to provide all the document as per his promise. If builder is not providing any of the document in that case initiate legal action and approach consumer forum,
