Praveen Kr. Aggarwal sir! I saw this citation in AIR LAW LINES digest. This is required me to clarify the court. The court is asking me to pay the court fee on the market value of the land which is mentioned in the sale deed. This citation is based upon Suhrid Singh vs. Randhir Singh; 2010 AIR SCW 3308. More over this full bench decision of Madhya Pradesh. The purport of the citation is the suit for cancellation of sale deed or suit for declaring sale deed as void, the court fee shall be paid ad-volerum on the consideration stated in the sale deed, but not on the present market value of the property involved in the sale deed.

dear Barman ji I know that but I am practicing in muffasil court we are not having sufficient library. I think you are in Metropolitan city. you are not aware of the troubles of the practicing advocates in muffisil courts. If you are having such trouble you will not post such type of answer to score points.

Then Mr RAO why you did not post your query with such details- like you practise in moffussil court about which we who practise in metropolitan area can not have any knowledge so that I may not waste time in replying such queries.

Please be more informative next time as from the query it requires only God to know that the person is practising in Mofussil court.
