Which is the better way to get an early hearing of a case in Supreme Court either mentioning or IA for early hearing?
CJI SA Bobde has delegated the powers of mentioning to the Registry. Which court hears an IA for early hearing out of Court No 1 and concerned court?

There is no straight-jacket formula or way to prefer. Sometimes registry can also fix the case for early hearing keeping in view various aspects of the petition as well as mentioning grounds and some other times interim application is required to be moved which is heard by the court to which the same is entrusted.

You can submit an application to the registrar for an early hearing on the IA or the appeal pending before supreme court with proper mention about the pending case
