Dear Naveen
the marriage had been solemnized after conversion or without conversion of your cusin?
if the marriage had been solemnized without conversion then file a quashing petition before HC to quash the FIR or proceedings because only wedded wife can file a Dowry harassment case only.
If the marriage had solemnized after conversion then fight the case on merit according to facts & allegations.
If the marriage had been solemnized without conversion file a civil suit for declaration of this marriage as null & void before civil court of jurisdiction.
