My flats chain agreement is not registered
But my agreement is registered and stamp duty paid
Now I want to sell my flat
Will there be any problem for selling the flat

Flat cannot be sole merely on the basis of your registered agreement. You first need to get registered ownership in your name.

Since you are not the owner (title holder), therefore, you have no right to sell the flat on the strength of agreement to sell, even if it is registered.

There is no requirement to engage a lawyer just for asking the simple question whether you can sale the immovable property just on the basis of an agreement executed in your favour.

Sale agreement is not a title document.
You must first get the property registered on your name to become an absolute owner to sell the proeprty.
The registered sale deed on your name would confer you the clear and marketable title to the property.
Hence you may first concentrate on your own documents and then think about the society's problems
