Can pwd registered civil contractor contest for mla elections

I have been registered as PWD karnataka class 1 civil contractor for 7 years. can i contest for mla election

Yes. Only the office bearers / public servants are barred from contesting the elections while continuing in service.

Only employees of any Government organisation are prohibited to take part in politics or fight election. You, as a non-official private individual can contest an election.
