My wife has a bank fixed deposits after marriage. Nominee is her father. Who will get this fixed. I am legal hier of her.

Even if nominee is your wife's father only legal heirs are entitle for the bank deposit.

You need not bother. If the depositor is not alive at the time of maturity, then only the heirship arise.

Dear Prabhat if your wife is alive then why are you so worried about nominee in her fixed deposits after marriage? Claim of nominee comes just after the death of the account holder or the depositor. If wife is alive then enjoy your married life happily and next time when you get these fixed deposits renewed then request the bank to change the name of nominee if your wife agrees.

JI, yes. after maturity it will go to the depositor or his/her legal heirs.

Succession can be considered and decided only after death of depositor. Donot worry when your wife is alive.
It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, guidance and proceeding if you feel strong about your apprehension, if any.
