Bail after convection

Sir/Madam
I have filed a criminal case aginst a person n his wife, brother n wife of bother u/s 500 n 506 IPC in privet complain. accused no 1 get conviction of 3 month n others were fine of Rs 2000/. accused no 1 took the bail n file a appeal. I had completed argument before 1 year but accused no 1 is not giving his argument. every date h give some reasons n session judge allowed him n he is prolonging time n enjoying bail. what action i can take against him n under which section. every date we object.

File an application in high court for speedy hearing of appeal pending in sessions court. 'The high court would fix a time frame for disposal of the same.

SIR:

First you have to file the expedite Petition before the court where the case is running. If it is not allowed, then you can move against the order to the Hon'Be High Cort concerned.
