Dear Experts in view of sec 30 of advocates act being notified, what is its impact with regard to the system of Advocates on record system of the Supreme Court?

I am also in doubt whether the system of AOR would stand abolished. Because, to file a document or pleading is part and parcel of practice. But the SC is not likely to give up its control.

There will hardly any impact on the AOR system in the SC. AOR in the SC is mainly meant to be a focal person in respect of each case (except in those cases which are filed in person and argued in person), for filing of the cases and for rectification of mistakes etc.
Even at present, there is no bar for any Advocate to make an appearance before the SC. It is not compulsory only the AOR has to put up an appearance.
