Hello pls provide me judgements of SC and Mumbai high court if rejecting of maintainence to wife when she is earning and left house herself she is advocate and got 7 k per month pls hlp plsssss

You need not go in for search of judgements. It's enough if you you are able to prove the earning by wife. You can browse judgements

If earning by wife is sufficient, and you r able to prove it then the order get cancel. Does you have any kid? if yes who is taking care of kids?

Dear Sachin,
Judgment is not necessary. You have to simply plead that wife is advocate and earning 7000 per month. You can file her income proof.

Thanks for the answers from you all experts really appreciated all of you but she got order of 7 k per month maintenance from lower court she is earning more than 25 k per month so I need some powerful judgements of SC and Mumbai HC pls do the needful can call me on 7744867867wtsapp same nber plsssss really need help
