Adverse Possession

Sir, I am paying rent at rent control west Bengal for my office room at Kolkata for more than 12 years.Will my office room come under Adverse Possession.?

A tenant shall remain "tenant" even if s/he is in possession for 100 years.
Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ records, guidance and proceeding.
